Depending on your version of Microsoft Windows, MEA may not finish starting up. The following error may appear:
Error XXX: 120.dll missing
(or something similar)
This error is due to Microsoft Visual C++ not being present on your computer.
The easiest solution is to install the program that was used to compile MEA:
MAX by Cycling 74
The demo-version may be downloaded freely here:
https://cycling74.com/downloads
This will install and fix all necessary components.
MEA will run outside of MAX, but you should keep the program installed.
